Scheduled

We are informing you of an upcoming maintenance action aimed at improving the performance and reliability of our services.

**Maintenance Details:**
- **Action:** Upgrading our existing Amazon EBS volume type from io1 to gp3.
- **New Specifications:**
- Volume Size: 500GB
- IOPS: 3000
- Throughput: 500MB/s

**End User Impact:**
- There is no end-user impact.
- We are pleased to inform you that there will be no complete system outage. However, users might experience slight latency during the upgrade process.

**Process Overview:**
- The upgrade process involves modifying the InstanceType parameter in our AWS CloudFormation template.
- Instances will be manually stopped and restarted one at a time, following a vertical scaling approach.
- This method ensures continuous service availability, as the remaining instances will handle the load of the instance being upgraded.
- External system messages will continue to be sent and received without interruption throughout the upgrade process.

We appreciate your understanding while we make this upgrade. Our goal is to improve the performance of our system and provide you with the best possible service.

We will notify post the completion of the change.

Thank you.
